His office has tested, researched materials, and developed pioneering solutions in new ways of using energy in collective and private living schemes. Designs such as the Hemiciclo Solar in Madrid, the Andalucian Energy Agency, or the Bioclimatic house in Tenerife in 2000 have been a turning point for sustainable architecture in Spain.
